Fecane is a community-based organization (CBO) in Wakiso, Uganda, founded in 2020 by Mr. Badru Kalanzi Shafic as a slum youth initiative during COVID-19. It supports vulnerable children and youth, including orphans and the homeless, through holistic transformation, resource mobilization, education, welfare, rehabilitation, and moral guidance.
